Paradyme Funding private money lending services match low loan-to-value (LTV) in borrowers’ homes with private investor funds – from individuals, corporations, pension plans or IRAs. Participating investors earn 7.99% – 11% per annum compared to a 2% return from a conventional bank. By eliminating the bank and lending directly to the borrower, private money investments produce a higher return. The diversity of our funding programs allow for shift changes to occur and coincide with the current market at any given time. Investment requirements are primarily based on equity in the property, along with consideration of the After Repair Value (ARV). Loans are secured by deeds of trust on real estate and are further secured by a promissory note and personal guarantee. All loans are serviced through a nationally recognized, licensed, bonded and insured loan servicing company.

With a combined 30 years’ experience, involvement in 3,000 transactions and participation in more than $500 million of real estate investment transactions, Paradyme combines diverse backgrounds including traditional real estate, non-performing portfolio management, real estate investments, luxury real estate sales, residential and commercial development, and corporate finance, to name a few. The company consists of a Business Development Manager, Marketing Specialist, Processors, Underwriters and its own Wholesale Division.
Located in the beautiful Temecula Wine Country, Ryan J. Garland specializes in short term, commercial and residential real estate loans throughout California. His unique approach to financing, utilizing private capital, allows the speed and flexibility that traditional banking simply cannot provide. Kara M. Garland is the COO for Paradyme Funding. Being extremely career driven, she entered the world of banking and corporate finance directly out of college. She rapidly excelled in the field and spent seven years as a Banking Center Manager, while also teaching Operational Management as a Regional Training Manager and Audit Specialist. Kara facilitated and supervised the opening of countless new branches amidst a western expansion roll-out within her company…
